Chris - Typically if it has been a rough day, of course I will like to get it off my chest and spill the beans to my wife. Does she like it, probably not, so she will head for a glass of wine to listen to me whine. Then after that, I like to sit and watch a good show on TV with her, or go outside and watch a beautiful sunset, or sometimes just listening to some music will calm me down. I wish I could still go out and play sports or do something physical, but the knees, back, shoulder, etc. don't allow too much of that anymore.

By the way, great question. I enjoyed reading about what everyone else does.

Coming home to dinner, bathing my children, and reading/singing to them to put them to bed. Oh that, and then a couple good beers...

Taking a walk and then reading a good book.

We like to greet our cat who greets us, we walk out to the garden/deck area see how the plants are faring.  Then we change into our workout clothes and go to yoga class (depends on which day of the week), or work out at home.  Then we usually make dinner together and have a glass of wine while we cook.  A

Listen to religious audio.

A short walk or long drive.

Dinner.

Just stay busy - even at home.

I enjoy watching a good basketball game, love me some March Madness!!!

Roller skating to live organ music.   As soon as I walk in a roller rink, I can forget work!

Usually quick dinner, watch some sports college and professional whichever is in season.  Watch local news to keep on top of things and get a nice sleep ready for next day

I sit on my bed and watch that day's episode of General Hospital. It is the only soap I've ever watched and I've watched it since its very first episode in 1962 or 1963. It's my guilty pleasure.

Jump in the ocean at Hanalei Bay for a short swim, then walk or jog the 2+ mile beach, sit an enjoy the sunset over Bali Hai mountain. Yeah, life in paradise is tough! 

Glass of wine & hot tub.  Or if I wrap up early enough (or take a decompression break) heading to the beach to enjoy the sunset.

Our dog is always happy to see us after a long day, so I will sit and hold him for a while, so we both can wind down.  He is 15 years old.

I have many ways to unwind. Tonight I took my dog for a long walk. Sometimes I like to watch a DVD, sometimes listen to music. Sometimes hang out with friends. The seasons make a difference, too. In the summer I like to play in my garden. 

A nice dinner with my husband and a good conversation about our days. Then watch a favorite show together by the fireplace and then....

Meeting up with friends, or finally getting to sit on the couch to watch TV.  

I love to read! I sit in my chair and put my dog on my lap and read and read and read.

Spider Solitaire!!  LOL - that and FaceTime with my Grandchildren......I mean, isn't this the reason we work so hard??

Then I come home.

I enjoy long walks, hot bathtubs, and a glass of red wine!

I must admit that I love finishing off the newspaper and watching the news.  Is it relaxing?  Sometimes, but sometimes it just gets me more worked up!
