The list covers most of mine, but I do get a bit annoyed with "I'll be sending an offer over later today." Crickets. Almost never happens.

"I am a cash buyer"

In marketing remarks my pet peeves are:
"Nestled" & "Welcome Home" - they are just over used. I'm also done with "make it a good day".

Good question Inna! I don't have a good answer, I confess... I came to look at the others' answers. Then I noticed the phrase "that being said". Any person who watches The Bachelor has heard that phrase along with "on our journey" and "I put myself out there". OK... I just revealed quite a bit about my tv watching habits.

I hate that expression "whatever." In real estate, I hate it when agents casually throw out "I can get you $XXX for your home," because usually they can't. And I hate "won't last" in real estate advertising. Usually that's the property that sits there for a year without selling.

Anything over used....

"Is it just me...." (yes it is)

Inna, in general the one I am hearing now that is beginning to irritate me now is existential.

Hello Inna. I hate "you know" which is over used and and means nothing.

Good morning Inna. Though provoking and true. You know annoys me a lot and is used often as a transition.

There are so many....I know that one is that being said, and someone told me.... are two of the ones that will make me think less of someone.

I'd go with 'nothing you can do about i' and '#1 agent'( seems everyone is calling themselves). 

"take your business to the next level"  Really, does anyone know what those levels are?  I hate that quote.  How about "let me help you plan your business so it takes you where you want to be"

It's time to pull the trigger. 

It reminds me too much of "pull my finger"

haha yes Mike Cooper . This one agent has been calling me everyday saying an offer is coming and I've been nice and encouraging. I may tell him that the next call has to be to register an offer or else I'm hanging up.

Honestly folks...with what God has going on right now, especially in the Middle East...my guess is you should make your own buying or selling decisions.

"Supposably", "irregardless", "revert back"...all give flashbacks to 10th grade English class.

I had a client who constantly said "Aaaaaaaannnnnddddddd scene!"  I think it was a movie reference or something.

She'd say it when she concluded she didn't like some aspect of a property, as if to say she's done.  

"Just saying"

"Me &  insert name"

and any of the business phrases like "Robust" or "actionable"
