Yesterday, Feb 26, while awaiting the buyer agent and client, I scratched out 23 ways an agent can get buyer and seller leads. Some of these had 5 subsets. Many have no direct costs, some minimal costs, none with extravagant costs.
The issue is NEVER how to generate leads.
The question is, 'What are you willing to do?"
IDWDT is the syndrome that destines an agent to aspire to mediocracy.
Let me shed a little lite on this. Some agents, desiring buyer and seller leads are so afflicted with IDWDT syndrome, the won't attach their name badge. So, what are you REALLY willing to do?
"I Don't Wanna Do That" is the self-talk of those who possess the most costly thought in the business world. That possession, that assumption is revealed in the words, "I know." That is the moment you quit listening and learning.
