I have not used a fax machine in years. I have not used my horse and buggy to show homes either in some time.

Some of our clients do not use the internet but they have a FAX machine. We use eFax and it is great! They fax it on their end, but it comes to us as an email. No need fro the client to mess with a cover sheet. Costs $12.95 per month and it is well worth it for those clients w/o internet but who have a home/business fax maching on their telephone.

I still use fax. Many companies still don't accept digital signatures. Every attornay and title company I can think of still has a fax # on their letterhead, website, and business card.

I use efax...when clients prefer it it's fine by me, but most everything can be done electronically via esign and/or scan these days.

Frank Rubi what is fax machine? (just kidding...)
We use DotLoop for electronic signature.

A fax is so old school, although I caught myself checking our machine the other day, and there were three faxes in it. LOL. Oh my.

Fax? What's that? Heehee! I do everything in Docusign and email. I do have an eFax number but hardly ever use it. Keep it for that small, small handful of clients that might not have a scanner and need to fax something over to me that they might have in paper form only.
Docusign ROCKS!

What's a Fax? (Just kidding) I haven't had to use a Fax in 5 years. Most everything is email or Docusign.

I use a fax some of the time but mostly scan to my computer so I can store in the cloud. My Transaction Desk has fax capability but haven't used that feature. We use an 800 Fax number (Myfax. com) at home for vendors and subcontractors.

I'm in CA, and C.A.R. zipforms offer digital signatures as a free member benefit, also online storage. I'm really happy with this service. The also offer a mobile service( free), so you can scan directly into your transaction.

I rarely use a fax, only for folks who specifically request one. I love Docusign, and use it for most of my clients, even if they are local.

I use a fax on 1 and 2 pages that I don't need right away. Sometimes it is much faster when I am running steady.

Nope, I have used Docusign my whole career. We have a free one available with our zipforms but I would loose all prior records.

Since Chief Cook has Docusign for free through her dues, I even use it!
