I have tried others and keep coming back to outlook, it has it's issues with Gmail, but overall it cant be beat by anyother programs.

I would say an easier solution especially if you like Outlook is to incorporate a cloud service like DropBox. The reason I say that instead of sending your attachments directly through the email itself, save it first to dropbox and then right click and copy the share link. That way, you're sending the email to someone else without a "live attachment" but instead a link for them to pick it up from. That will save Outlook crashing. (I know that sounds too techy )

Overall Gmail is good and not at that hard to use if you use it from Chrome. But it works great on mobile phones directly through the app I don't like it at all from the main Mail app on my iPhone.

Other than outlook? I use gmail. I fought it tooth and nail because I was so use to outlook. I am happy with it now and have been for years.

I have gmail also and when my outlook is to full to function, I use but I don't like it very much. Maybe I need to use more to like more.
