We are allowed to put ours on MLS and that gets them syndicated and the word out quickly. I have used Craiglist but that does not work out well.

I will use the dreaded Z word, Zillow. I don't like them for listings or leads, but for rentals it is amazing. The last two rental properties I own that I have leased have been through Zillow leads and with multiple offers. Trulia is a second place, and these are free. The bottom line on syndication for me is "home buyers" there aren't ready to buy, renters are in a 100 yard dash to find a place.

Rentals go fast in my marketplace. Post a sign with a 'for rent" rider will get you calls. Once a property hits the MLS you will get showings, hopefully they are vacant aand easy to show.

Hi Cindy -- in our area it would be exposing each on the multiple listing service. Craigslist works in some areas but I freely admit to a suspicious level as to reliability when it comes to CL real estate offerings.
