Frank Rub,

No we do not, and Facebook like Google is changing their algorithms.  Hits and likes mean nothing in our opinion.  We are running a business not a popularity contest.

I have used it this month at $5 a day. I have about 10 new likes a day and it could bring potential leads for me. The people liked you for a reason, so don't forget to give them great content and a few listings that you have.

I've taken some baby steps on Facebook ads.  Very limited budget of from $3 to $5 per day.  Great number of views, but I haven't attributed any business to it as far as I can tell.

I have just experimented with facebook ads since January 1st. I've used it to promote listings. Although I get loads of hits, and likes, I haven't received an acual call or inquiry from it.

No, I do not pay for advertising on Facebook.  I post frequently to my business page and my personal page.  I like and share posts from others.  Not everyone has a Facebook account, so I don't personally see why I should spend money on something that is not accessible to everyone.  If I am going to get any qualified leads from Facebook, it will be from someone that likes my posts and follows me.
