I would start shopping for a new company! Did they design your website? Do they own the design? You might want to read your contract before you pull the pluss.

If you believe the benefit you receive is not equal to the fee being charged, you should start over. If, however, you are incorrectly focused on cost rather than the outcome, you may want to slow down before you make a bad decision.

And of course, dispute the charges if they are on credit card and explain them what happened.
