If you use a video it's important for it to be good, or at least not bad. Anything that is poor quality shouldn't be used. But good photos are more important IMO, even for luxury homes.

Photos along with videos are most important for marketing. I would not suggest a video longer than 90 seconds you mention... I agree about the dropping of viewers when you start going over that amount of time... (in most cases)

I think slide shows help a listing and videos as well. I'm curious though, does anyone think that the slide show is enough or are you hearing from your clients that they really would prefer a video?

Douglas, keeping it short is a key, 30-456 secs. Also limit your images if it is a slide show. The consumer may call simply because they did not see all of the rooms in the home.
