Douglas,
I'm actually more involved in helping people avoid being scammed in real estate related activities, and investing in real estate is a side business, but here's what I think will answer your question...from personal experience and my opinion a buyer wants quality photographs, a virtual tour and video. Anything that enhances the reality and feel of the new home is what a buyer wants. A buyer also wants to feel like the realtor cares about the product he/she is selling and having the quality photography, videos and virtual tours eliminate wondering about the posiblity of something being hidden.
Well I hope that helps. If anybody has a better answer I'd love to hear it because I may be totally off and getting the best answer will help realtors and consumers alike.

That is a very loaded question. Some buyers want to see unrealistic market statistics and think listing prices are too high and properties have sold for too much. Some buyers still want you to find that perfect place for them...even though they tell you they can only spend so much, and they want acreage, a view and a creek. Some buyers just like looking at the inside of your car as you drive them around and they are still trying to decide what it is they really want.

Buyers want to see quality photos and vitual tour, beacuse they are used to it. That is slowly changing though.
