These companies and their products will not position you where you will need to be in just a few years.

You should be looking at SugarCRM, ListingGrabber or Curator. If this is important to you, your research will indicate how you need to be positioned in the coming year(S) and enable you to zero in on the features you will need and use and benefit from.

While you do your research, continue using Outlook or your franchise CRM and use this time to define what is essential to your business in the next 3 years.

Putting Humpty-Dumpty back together is 100x more expensive than understanding your needs and selecting the right system.
