Pdfs can be a problem, may want to take a screenshot of those maps and charts.

If you convert the entire .pdf to a .jpeg your text will not be read and indexed.  You should be able to save your charts and images as individual graphic files and copy and paste your text into a blog post and then insert the images.

I have a program called smart pdf converter which converts documents to jpgs, which I then insert into many things as a picture. Sometimes I upload to postimage.org, which provides a url source code. And sometime I upload the pdf to keep and share site to get a source code/url for a pdf.

Zamzar.com is a free tool you can use to convert a PDF to a JPEG. It works pretty well for a free tool. I've used it before.

You got the right answer from Debbie Gartner - convert it to 'jpg', upload as image and place it in your post.

However, if you still want to 'convert' it -there is a site 'pdftoword.com' that will convert your file as word file and then extract the data from the file to include in your post.

Call me if you need any help with conversion.

Good Luck.

One potential way is to change it to a jpeg and then import it as a picture.  Not sure if you can do that directly from the file.  If not, if you can copy/paste the image into powerpoint or some other graphic program, than you can save as jpg.

Hope that helps.
