EVENOTE, Chrome Browser, KW's App for Search of homes, (otherwise Zillow, Trulia, Redfin), of course text messaging, CS - CamScanner, Voice Recorder, Dermander (360 pictures). S Voice, Google's all apps (Hangout, Voice, Maps etc.). Now these are the ones which are more or less must.

For me I use the local MLS we have (same as desktop application) on an IPad when out with clients. I used to drive around showing homes and the client would see a for sale on a house and say to me "how come you didn't email that one to us". Now I just fire up the IPad and say "It's $200k above the limit you ask me to use, should I raise the price range"?

Ok, the one you have to have is the Brightest Flashlight. Way better than the stock flashlight and lights up any dark home you might wander in to  :-)

I use, Realty commander, flashlight, instagram, docusign,zipforms, trulia agents, zillow contacts, Genius scan, mibor mobile, twitter, css showings, sentrismart,facebook, 

I have my mls app.

Zipforms( for obvious reasons),

themls.com ( my local mls) and +Realist, + HomeSnap.

I also like Trulia for agents~ very user friendly.

I love the nar rpr app and my MLS app.  I never use realtor.com, texting.

I like to hand out my KW app, good quality, and allows buyers to get preapproved right away.

I'm not really a fan of anything mobile.

I love using Dropbox, Genius Scan, Waze.

Evernote for storing all my records, notes, photos, etc.

DocuSign for easy signing on the go.

I use my local MLS, Dropbox, Docusign, Pinterst, instagram, facebook, google maps, camera on phone( to send client pictures) and a bar code scanner. More realtors are using the QR tags on signs. Great idea by the way.

essentially allows a cameraphone to snap a photo and get r.e. info.

I'm here because I need to download more apps on my phone and tablet.

Keller Williams mobile app is great.  And yes it does work out of state as well.

I use the Keller Williams app to.  It works for my clients.  I myself do not use any of them

Keller Williams provides me with my own app which is supposed to be good all over the U.S.  It is very easy to share and locally it works great!  If any of you outside of Florida try it, please let me know how it works for you. And I put the following on all my webpages:
