Great question John Carser.We've gotten this request for several years from Canadian agents when we attend various industry shows or through product feedback. No question you have great properties and great agents!

Right now we've chosen to focus on the USA since going into markets in other countries presents its own challenges. For example, in several countries in Europe there is no concept of a buyer's agent or exclusive agency, so agents don't publicly share the address of homes for sale since the owner could sell it themselves and skip paying the agent.
