Well, that's not true.  Sometimes I just can't bring myself to offer a serious answer to a very good question.  This is one of those times

I have several backups, my phone, my office, planet fitness, restaurants.

Use cell phone as mobile hot spot...

Ron and Alexandra- mine rarely goes out (knock wood) and when it does it's not for long.  I can use my phone as a HotSpot or my iPad. 

I'm pretty sure I have enough files in a folder called "Docs TBS" that will keep me busy for quite a while. It's a rarity that we lose access, maybe twice in the last 10 years. 

I can use my phone and my iPad (which is tied into my phone service so no need for separate wifi) without interruption, wherever I go and can get access.

I do as much as I can with my phone and wait for the internet to come back on.

I try to read or catch up with friends, colleagues and/or clients on the phone.

Well, I take Willie the Labradoodle on a nice long walk.  Or I pick up the phone and call past clients. 

I will often go to Starbucks.  Or, sometimes I go downstairs to our gym as I can get internet there.  Or, if I just need something quick, I can use my phone.

Or, I just do something else - take a bath, relax, eat, play w/ cats, call a friend, do other work that doesn't require the internet.

I have much to do, so I just change gears nd do something else until it comes back on.

Knock on wood, our has not gone out. But if it did, I could access it with my cell phone, I think.

I too will try to get by with my phone for a while, though it's not a very fast option.  My second option would be to go somewhere where I can get access like the library or Starbucks.

I have a hard wire at home and a smart phone.  I try not to depend to much on either so I opperate well when this does happen.

I use my iPhone as a hotspot or use my iPad on cellular.

It's an issue...thankfully it doesn't go down often. I use my phone, and live across from a public library with wifi. When I've had to I go there, or to starbucks.

WIth all the ice storms we have had power seems to go out often and with it the internet. My IPHONE is the savior

We have a wireless phone that finds the nearest hotspot.....and I just chill.  But, sometimes I write posts if I can't get on and save them  for later.  If I were a realtor who needed access 24/7 , I would make sure that I still had a backup.
