Docusign is great for getting contracts signed and anything related to buying or selling, HOWEVER I sometimes do home leases and Docusign does not work well for filling in a lot of lines of information (say on a lease application). It simply won't allow enough space for the text boxes.
I've tried several PDF "filler" type apps on my iPad, but when I send to the tenant, they are required to register and possibly pay!
If anyone knows of a good app for signing AND filling in a lot of info, please share!

Docusign, and I won't give it up even for a free account provided by MLS.

I use DotLoop as a partnet with KW. DocuSign is good, too.

I do not believe  that is a huge learning curve for this, anyways.

Mark,

It is definitely a wonderful way to sign.  Banks have not caught up with that.  We recently opened an account with a partner in Florida.  Our partners had to go to a branch and give real signatures, that were then Fed Exed to the branch here.  They do not accept virtual signing.

Our office has been using Authentisign for the past couple of years.  I absolutely love it and encourage all of my clients to use it, whenever possible.  I realize that not everyone is comfortable or equipped for it, though, so I'm still completely fine with the old school pen and paper method, too.

I use DocuSign.  I like the product and as Susan Haughton said, it's a life changer.

Just hope you never have to call their customer service department, as it is deplorable.

We are using Docusign. It is straightforward and convenient. Clients find it intuitive to use. We embraced it as soon as e-signing was acceptable. I've not used any of the other products, so can't really compare them.

Yes, we have been using Docusign for a year and a half.  It also took me a while to take the plunge, and I should have done it sooner.
