Burning the bridges.
What I really, really don't like, hate doing, is putting the pieces back together when an inspector, repair person, appraiser, loan officer, title company or attorney drops the ball, I mean really screws up the deal.
From a position of compromised integrity I have to shepard this to closing.
I don't like it at all.
And it only happens once.
