First aid kit, small tool kit and a jacket in case I get stranded when it's cold.

Sub-zero parka, thermal blanket, yetti bushwacker tent, tin of sardines, chemical hand warmers, ski mask, mittens, shovel, cat litter, tow band and cell phone charger.  All this would give me something to talk about while I call AAA.

Here is Forida you need hazard indicators, flashlight and telephone. Unless you have attempted to remove a wheel attached with nuts torqued to 100 lbs you won't realize what you are really up against. Make the call and get away from the car. 

Also, just in case in Florida means alway be prepared to enjoy the beach.

Cindy Dudley, it has nothing to do with hills although it could. If my cars is up on a jack the least amount of movement can be a lifesaver or limbsaver! 

Towelettes, air gauge, work gloves, spare qt. of oil, star wrench, shop towels, WD40, extra fuses, wheel chocks and a pair of sunglasses.

A thermal blanket, gas container, snacks, water. I've been meaning to put a first aid kit in my trunk, but I need to stock one up first. :)

Many things in my van for just in case, yet never quite have everything I need.

I keep lots of umbrellas, but I'm ashamed to admit, not much else for emergencies!

Warmer clothes and extra shoes ( heels or flats), napkins, extra pens, recyclable bags for groceries, a blanket, few fresh bottles of water, extra make up bag, sanitizer, cream for hands, chargers.

I have a first aid kit in addition to tools and towels as you mentioned. 

Screwdriver, pliers, hammer, bolt cutters, measuring tape, magic marker, assorted signs, emergency flasher and a first aid kit.
