I think that when you run a business you have to think like a business, and the workers need time off, vacation time and well days. It is amazing the results you can get when you are rested and have a clear vision.

To be honest, I've never thought of giving myself any perks. Sure had a lot of them when I was a senior executive in corporate America, but somehow not so much when it's just my little business.

Nothing any different than last year. I am frugal and just want to eat well, wear nice clothes and have a new car every 3 years. That is what I always do even if I doubled production

First, I'm taking 2 extra vacation days in Mexico in Jan for our convention. 2nd planning on getting my hair done more often so I feel better...and I believe it will help me close more jobs. Soon, I'm going to pay a cleaning person to help clean my place bi-weekly (for same reason). As year goes on and I hopefully have more money saved, I hope to delegate more (e.g. to bookkeeper) and a few other things. but, some of this stuff will prob need to wait until May or so. The hair thing I'll start sooner.
