I never used that site but used similar one like Resnet and Equator. I always felt like I was the sucker for paying to use their site then paying a referral fee on top of that.

I just paid them $400 and they gave me 3 BPO assignments. They have a 12 month money back guarantee... I'll let you know how it goes. Wish me luck!

There is no reason to pay anyone for BPO leads. Yes some asset management companies will charge to join, but they actually give out listings and bpos. I never received anything from them and i complete 4-8 bpos a day on average. Stay away from the scams and empty promises. Most companies already have full rosters of agents, so to try to start to get into reo and bpo now are more than an uphill battle. There are bpo mills that just give out bpos and there are asset management companies who Will give out bpos but most important give out listings based on good work. I am working on a full blog about teh status of REO and BPO's in todays market that will be posted within the hour.

I have done a small amount of research on this company and I did not like what I saw. I have no interest in throwing away my money.

I've heard that any company that requires payment for BPO leads is likely a scam. and even legit BPO companies are often not worth the amount of work you put into them or they end up not paying you for 30-60 days or sometimes ever.

Suggest you not to waste a penny on these scam. I received like 20 email claimed it is from different banks. I listened to a few identical webnar only to find out the website wants you to pay and if you do so instantly they will give you 50% off etc. In that 2015 selling pitch they mentioned " recently up to 2013 year" we had a great success. $400 can be spent more wisely

I have paid a bogus firm in the past for this type Broker Price Opinion (BPO), and was dismayed to find it MUCH more specific that a simple CMA. After receiving many of these "assignments," and not being paid for the ones that I had already fulfilled, I told them that I was going to wain until I was paid for my previous two events. They stopped calling...
I called them several times over the next months requesting payment, and was always told that they just completed a merger, and that the payment should come soon. After a few of these, I gave up on them.
In the end, I would not pay any company for the right to perform BPOs for them. The companies always offer it as a potential listing, but that has always proven weak to me.
