The greatest item that I value on ActiveRain is the education that is possible. Great realtors from all over the nation spill their guts on the site, and it is great to see the variety of postings about the tenor of real estate from coast to coast. I also love the postings home inspectors!

So true Praful Thakkar the friendship within our profession we get is not accessible anywhere else.

There are so many reasons I love AR. I've made some great friends here, that I probably wouldn't have gotten to know if it weren't for AR. I also love the creative outlet it gives me with writing. I have also learned so much from AR. This site has many, many advantages. 

I like the opportunity to blog about real estate as this helps buyers and sellers find me and I love the networking opportunity . I also learn a lot from some of the posts on active rain.

AR has helped boost my business with blogging.  I also have enjoyed interacting with the other members I have come to know.

I got all kinds of things to chat about... real estate touches everybody's lives in some way. It's a great way for me to see whats happening with agents all across the U.S.

I enjoy the social networking.

I enjoy reading and answering other's blogs.  Haven't found it to be a networking tool as of yet.  Unless you pay to be a Rainmaker, I don't see how I can use AR to educate the general public. I also do not see many other Realtors from New York using AR, unless I am looking in the wrong area. Still pretty new to AR.

Major community/peer support!  SEO doesn't hurt either.

I love Active Rain because of the people.  This is a fantastic network and I've made invaluable relationships as a result of being here.

Personally I love the dual benefit. What I gain from my fellow Rainers on how they do their business, bouncing off ideas. Then what content I can create for my potential clients and benefit from the google juice. But I'd say the fellow rainers are winning most days. I gain so much insight from you all. 

A great network, Great for business, and friends all over the country.

I enjoy it a lot most days though it has changed over the years and now miss so many friends that have left.
