Wow. I am surprised virtual assistant are able to do all that.
I thought they were there only to help with paperwork being that they could be anywhere in the country. But I guess if they are local, then more assignments could be delegated.

I do, and have found them very helpful. I delegate whatever I can so I can focus on higher impact items like doing more appts w/ customers and marketing/networking.
I have them do all sorts of things like answering phones, setting up appts, confirming appts, sending thank you cards, dropping off thank you gifts, calling past customers, ordering samples, and some portions of social media.

I have looked into it a few times, but so far have not been convinced of the advantage.

I haven't used one. But I wanted to see what answers you were getting. Good question.

oh yes, Sarah & Les Oswald mine are local. They work from their homes. Oh, and yes, they are managing the contracts on Docusign, too. One of them orders all of our materials and they set up jobs and deliveries. Basically whatever they can do to allow be to be more focused.

Hi Dagny, I used a virtual assistant to watch over my electronic contracts, keeping dates, etc. I found they waited until the last day, and by then I already had done what needed to be done.
