I have gotten several jobs these last few months from FB groups.  They are from the Mom's groups where someone goes in and says, "do you know a good XYZ."  And, then some of my past customers have gone in and recommended us.  I think maybe 5 or so over the last 3 or 4 months. 

In addition, I have gotten a few over the years from LinkedIn and one or two from FB from people I already knew.  Some were past customers and others were people I worked with years ago.

All that aside it's not been the biggest source of leads.  My blog has been much more effective.

Ironically, I closed a deal week before last from FB BUT it was from someone I know from a private FB group that has nothing to do with real estate. That was the 3rd deal from FB, all through groups in which I participate, but not real estate related.

I have received business leads off Facebook and LinkedIn.  I would say of what I received I have closed about 60%.  Some of the inquiries are just that and people are trying to become educated and others are serious.  Like any lead follow-up has been key. 

I couldn't see Susan's answer when I was typing mine.  Two of mine and both builder referrals came from a group.  It's not a private group, but an open group.

In the last 11 months I can say definately 8, two builder referral deals where I got paid also where folks wanted to remodel, build a garage resprectively.

zero. It does not work for me as most are realtors looking for leads.

You have to know how to treat FB, not at all like criagslist. Use it for targeted ads, or to connect with past clients.

I have not, but then again, I am not marketing myself on Facebook. There have been many companies who have offered their services to help my promote myself on Facebook, but I have not signed up with any for the long haul.

That being said, I would definitely respond willingly to any inquiry that I received on Facebook, because they could be legitimate. Good luck!

I can't say that I've closed any sales directly as a result of Facebook, though I know that some of my clients have gone to my page when first checking out my credentials.

There have been some, but I have not kept track.

I got people visiting my open house based on Facebook Ads - do not recollect closing directly related to this, though.

I haven't gotten any leads and closed sales off of Facebook.
