I don't think so since if you have purchased them to use, that doesn't mean someone else can use them without paying a licensing fee...

It's the super fine-print Legal Agreement that is appended to almost every website, blog site, social media service. The EULA or TOS will govern what your rights are (few), and what the rights are of the web service (be it Google or Facebook, or in this case, ActiveRain).

Now that AR stores your photos on their server, I wondered what, if any, rights am I giving up regarding the copyright and use of said photos.
