Sometimes I hesitate to call them.... Not a good idea, but that is my fear.
I prefer mass email as a constant follow up so they are not challenges. Add everybody to a regular email list by categories.
For example, some investors will never become purchasers but you can leave them on the email list for available foreclosures.
