Raoul Loustaunau, The year is going well and our buyer activity remains strong even though most of Central Ohio is covered in snow. I do have a personal plan for 2015 plus a production goal for our team members. We tend to focus on weekly sales and if we meet our weekly sales goal the annual sales goal will take care of itself.

I did - and completed it
I've done well this year. It was what I expected. I do have a plan for 2015, but that may change. I do a lot of BPOs and I'm seeing a shift in the market other agents may not be aware of.
I am starting to work on my 2015 business plan. Did not quite meet my goal for 2014, so now I am focusing on where I went wrong and what adjustments to make to next year.
