Set a schedule. Family first, then business. Time is so short and fleeing. I would set your real estate schedule around family time. I always get up earlier than everyone else to go over my email and decipher what I needed to do for the day. Then I did most of the phone calls and appointments when the kids were in school.

Great question. I think it's a pursuit. For me, there are a few things that helped me along the way:
(1) Buckets
(2) Time blocking
(3) Charting progress/ success
I plan to blog about this!
