Mary Zora is a Realtor, specializing in the West Houston/Katy/Fulshear Corridor and who has a great deal of working knowledge of this area. In saying this, I have recently relocated to Richmond, TX and have found a whole new world of homes off of TX 99 (Grand Parkway), in Aliana, Fieldstone, Lakes of Bella Terra, Lakemont Shores, Long Meadow Farms, Parkway Lakes, Waterside Estates and Waterview Estates. While this area would seem off limits to some due to distance, it is literally 5 minutes from the Westpark Tollway and 10 minutes from I-10. Now that the TX 99 Tollway is mostly operational, it is merely 20 minutes from I-59. So, distance is realitive and the area is perfect for anyone who is looking for a peaceful setting, close to everything.

| We were expecting our first child and looking for a new home in the Friendswood School District. We had found several homes in the area on MLS and Mary helped us preview each of the homes, with no success. She had done her homework and after eliminating those on our list, she took us to one that she had found based upon our criteria. When we entered the front door, it was love at first sight. We made an offer on the home and after some negotiations, the deal was signed. The transaction was as smooth as it could have been and we are now enjoying our new home.
