My Name is Zena Gray. I am a mother of two beautiful children, and I have one grandson. I moved to Georgia from Chicago 2006. I am a graduate of Chicago State University I received a bachelors in Sociology and graduated from Harold Washington College where I received a Associates degree in Child Development . I taught preschool, ran a home day care and helped mentally ill people through case management. I have been a Real Estate Agent 2002. I have been in a service field most of my life.
Help Buyers find their dream home. Assist them through the whole house buying process. Match them with lenders, insurance agents, home inspector and attorneys that meet their needs. Schedule appointments around their schedule. Set up Client gateway letting them know every time a property come on the market that meet their criteria.
Listing Sellers properties at current market value, host open houses and caravans. Keep Clients up to date with the things going on in their market area. Speak or meet with them once a week to review our marketing strategies. Contract negotiations.. Our listings will be shown on GMLS, FMLS, Realtor.com and several other search engines. I am loyal, trust worthy, honest and dedicated to serving you. I serve my client with gladness.
With Property Management I Advertise the home for rent, handle the applications process, do back ground checks, place tenants, collect rent, locate good repair company to make neccessary repairs, do move in and move out check list and obtain cleaning crew to do a clean out, in case where eviction is need I file evictions and go to court.
Certifications
Work Well with clients that have credit issues. Link them to mortgage company and other programs that meet their needs. Follow up with them until they are ready to purchase their home.
Help with the relocation process. Link clients to good agents in the area they are transfering or moving in.
