A Little Bit about Me...
I am a full time real estate agent. Actually, much more than full time. I work early mornings, evenings, and weekends: whenever is convenient for my client. I love what I do, so quite often it really does not feel like work. Do not ever hesitate to call me, anytime!
I am an advocate for my clients. I take a personal interest in every client. I commit to always being prepared. With my buyer clients, I plan my showings well ahead of time, and arrive ready to go. If possible, I preview new listings to ensure that I am not wasting their time. When I meet with a potential selling client, I typically spend several hours, sometimes a few days, preparing my Market Analysis and previewing comparable properties. I talk with other agents who work in the area to obtain their opinions and experiences on the current market.
My Philosophy is to adhere to the Golden Rule, "Whatsoever ye would that others should do to you, do ye even so to them." I will never be there just for a sale. I am there to make people happy with one of the biggest investments of their life. Helping them achieve the American Dream of homeownership. I am not happy unless my client is happy.
I also believe that Knowledge is power; you can always learn something new. If I do not know the answer, I will find it.
I have many resources at my disposal and many wonderful people I work with on a daily basis who are always there to help when I need it. I work for a company (Nations Realty Trust) that has the same standards that I set for myself, both professionally and personally. Trustworthiness, Honesty, and Dependability.
My specific areas of expertise are Single Family Properties, Townhomes, First-time Homebuyers, Mid-level properties. Along with continuing education that keeps me at the forefront of industry developments and the latest technology, I am also pursuing the CRS(R) Designation (Certified Residential Specialist(R)).
I truly appreciate your business. I look forward to helping make your next real estate transaction a pleasant and painless experience, and hopefully even a little fun!
