I was raised in the midwest where I met my high school sweetheart, married and had a daughter. After attending college and earning Associate Degrees in Interior Design and Marketing, I spent a number of years working as an Office Manager for a Psychiatric Clinic. We moved to Ormond Beach, FL mid year 2004. We relocated just before Hurricane Charley charged through, making us wonder if we made the right move. But after the clean up and settling into the Florida lifestyle, we realized we had made the right choice. Soon after I started my career in Real Estate, took many courses to further my education and earned many designations. I continue to educate myself as I feel this is very important to stay on top of this ever changing field.

Personally I enjoy to cook and am currently writing a cookbook adding a recipe a day for 365 days. Creating new recipes and/or preparing a classic standby is something I truly enjoyed to do. Making my family happy is the reason behind it.

I joined weight watchers and have lost over 40 pounds so far. This has been an eye opening journey to discover better healthy eating skills. I also have become a fanatic for exercise and generally go to the YMCA four times a week. Some of the classes I take are pretty high intensity workouts. This helps me deal with stress, sleep better and overall feel better. 

My family and I enjoy to camp. We have a motorhome and have visited many areas throughout Florida. Camping is a great getaway. It takes me away from all the day to day activities and gives me a break.  

I am a very organized person so I constantly have some sort of household project going on. Between yardword, decorating, cleaning and organizing, running a household is a job in itself. Overall and outside of Real Estate I keep myself very busy.  

We have two old golden retrievers. They have been with us since the mid 90's. We enjoy them, they love unconditionally.

I enjoy to occasionally read books but more so I like to watch movies. Movie rentals have come along way now that you can watch them on your computer or receive them right in the mail.

I am also a fan of satellite radio which I have in my car and on my computer. I enjoy learning new tech ideas. I try to be as tech savvy as possible. 

Real Estate is challenging whether the market is a hot and fast seller's market or cold and slow buyer's market. I have experienced both and to their extremes. I know what it takes to work any market effectively and efficiently.
