My work ethic, is the number one reason a seller or buyer should want to work with me. I retired after 20 years in the Navy and during that 20 years I learned the importance of hard days work. It's seems pretty simple to me, treat people the way you would like to be treated and they truly appreciate it. I'm honest with my sellers when they ask how much their home is worth, and I let my buyer's know when I see a good deal. I back up my words with the tools available to me as a Realtor. And I really do enjoy my new career. It can be a lot of fun.
