My perspective of Real Estate
Real Estate transactions are complex but they don't need to be stressful, at least not for my customers!
I have been in business since 2003 and have learned that both sellers and buyers appreciate a smooth and transparent transaction. We all like information but not inconvenients. My role as a professional is to deal with every situation that can kill the deal. After all, the seller wants to sell and the buyer wants to buy and therefore I am here to make it happen not to jeopardize it.
I love the enthusiasm of my clients and customers when they make the decision of selling or buying a home. In most cases it means that they are moving forward with their lives. I try my best to keep that positive energy up until the end of the transaction so they can concentrate in the new life ahead.
My father is a great business man. It's just natural to him and I think he passed that to me. I love business, the dynamic of the transactions, dealing with people, the art of the negotiations, and most of all the satisfaction of making a successful deal. However, my major at college was not business but rather something very different.
I graduated from Miami Dade College in Arts and I am pursuing my bachelor degree in Fine Arts at the University of Florida. Call me crazy but I have the feeling that my clients are more relaxed when they know this part of me. They like it, they feel that I am well prepared for business and at the same time being an artist make me human.
Me, the Realtor
I got my Florida Real Estate license in 2003 but this field has changed dramatically since then with the advances in technology. Being a Realtor is not only renewing the license every two years and paying the fees. It requires constant training, continuing education, and being up-to-date with new technologies and resources.
I am a member of:
- National Association of Realtors (NAR)
- Florida Association of Realtors (FAR)
- Miami Association of Realtors (MAR)
I couldn't imagine using anybody else. Yanai listen to your needs and request and match you with the best possible property that best suit your needs. She is awesome.
You never know how good a real-estate agent is until something goes wrong. Im my case we had to deal with a unmotivated bank / seller combination. Yanai Nassar helped to keep seller and the involved bank in focus and on course. Ultimately she succeeded in babysitting all involved parties and closed the sale. Determination and negotiation skills at its best!!!
Yanai worked exceptionally hard for me and had a great understanding of what I was looking for and what sort of lacation I was interested in immediately. Highly recommended.
