Imagine partnering with a manger and company who have but only one goal  - your success.  As a non-competing manager I provide the coaching, training and education to help new and experience agents set standards, achievable goals, selecting the right tools and develop business plans to ensure your success. Coldwell Banker offers superior tools and programs designed to keep our agents at the forefront on the real estate industry. My focus is working with agents to introduce them to our many tools and how to use them to their advantage.  From our four hundred websites to our lead router automated system sending constant leads to them on their listings, we cover it all!  I enjoy what I do.  I love the daily rewards and challenges of helping agents reach their goals.  My own experience in working with Expired listings, FBSO's and Absentee owners still inspires a passion in me to instill in my agents.  I strive to help agents set in place multiple streams of business, helping ensure a steady and continuous growth in your business, while building strong and lifelong partnerships.   I can guide you through running a worry free business, striving to get more of your life back. Managing the Crofton office is my passion and my mission is to create a positive, collegial, productive and enjoyable environment for all my agents and staff.




Coldwell Banker Crofton is a regional training center and a leader in the industry in offering the best continuing education to new and established associates. For the new associate we provide- at no additional cost, in-office skills training through Skill Builder, Knowledge Builder and Experience Builder. We hold discussion groups, technology seminars, webinars and coaching.  We also offer mentorships to newcomers.  To experienced agents, we offer all the above plus weekly personal coaching with attention to accountability, productivity and growth. All are designed to help the new and experience agent deal with today's complex and rapidly changing real estate market. For experience agents transferirng in to the office we also offer at no expense a technology champion to assist them in sorting out and implementing our many tools into your marketing system to get them up and running quicker.
