Born on Douglas Island in Alaska and raised in Cedar Crest, New Mexico, my family and I have made our forever home in the beautiful Village of Bosque Farms. Before entering real estate in 2007, I worked for over 20 years in our family business side by side with my parents, older brother and many of our employees I consider family. Growing up in a family business taught me not only how to communicate and listen, it taught me the value of family, the importance of great customer service, hard work and integrity. I enjoy helping families and individuals find their "forever" homes. I specialize in residential property in both Valencia and Bernalillo county.

| I had never sold a home before and I was alone since my children had moved out. Everybody had ideas on how I could sell my home and provide for my future in the best way. Wendy Wallace came by one March afternoon and let me voice my concerns and expectations. She listened and put me at ease right away. As the few months passed she kept in touch and showed up whenever I had questions. I get home from work late and she was always accommodating my schedules. We laughed and she let me cry when I needed to. She was with my throughout the entire process and on closing day she held me as I saw my past being passed on to a new family. | Wendy did an awesome job when helping us find/ buy our first house. She found us programs that could help us with down payment and we were able to own our first home with virtually no money out of pocket! She's currently helping us find a 2nd home and then down the road she'll help us sell that first home mentioned. Highly recommended! |
