My experience in the Real estate market has continued for 32 plus years.  My entire family has been Real estate investors and business entrepreneurs. We have survived, thrived and served the public all our lives.  Whether the economy was good or bad we found our way through the confusion to a beneficial outcome for our clients.   

In todays market of declining equity and diminishing buyers it is experience that really counts.  Buyers demand quality for their dollars, and sellers require quality marketing to grasp the attention of the demanding and retreating buyers.  A  record of success in this difficult market is the mark of a true professional.   

Short Sales are also an important part of the real estate environment today. So many home owners are forced to sell their homes because they can no longer afford to pay the mortgage. All three Short Sale homes I was envolved with in the past 30 days all closed successfully. Certifications

In the early years of my Agency in the early Eighties I wrote a "For Sale by Owner" booklet to accompany a program to assist home owners selling direct to buyers. I charged a flat fee and assisted them in the process with my profession service as a transaction Broker. This was prior to the "Help u Sell" franchise organizations.  At that time I also represented buyers, as a buyer's broker.  There were no forms available in our MLS system to facilitate a buyer broker agreement...  I had to write my own.  I was slightly ahead of my time. I have marketed homes in an "auction style" marketing program getting high traffic and many offers and ultimatle an acceptable offer for the property.

My retail experience has been most helpful in the marketing aspect of selling Real Estate.

Buyers demand value for their dollars and sellers deserve a fair price for their home.

When these factors align we have two very happy and contented participants in a joyful experience.
