My name is Leonard Woshczyn, I am a licensed Broker Associate in Miami Florida area. This is my full time job, which I take very seriously. Real Estate is what I do full time all the time. I pride myself on being honest, responsive and accessible to my clients. Over the years, it has been my pleasure to help many families with selling or buying their homes. First time home buyers, vacation homes, condo or investors, I worked with many buyers and sellers. There are a lot of things that come into play when you are working with a client, but the most important of them all is to listen and understand client’s goals and objectives. That is what I do best.

My familiarity with construction process has been an asset to many of my clients, I know what is involved, where and who to contact to get the answers. Buying and or Selling is emotional and at times frustrating process, it is my goal to keep things running smooth from the very beginning to the closing, kind of like Mr.Wolf from the movie Pulp Fiction, well almost like that. The greatest satisfaction is the look on my clients face after they have sold or bought their home.

Before getting involved in real estate, I operated a successful business for 15 years. With 8000 client base I know what it is to work with people, manage employees and operate a business. Continuously growing my sales 10% annually my business tripled over the 15 year period of my ownership.

Before that I was a production manager for Electronics Company, manufacturing vacuum measuring equipment for space, heat treating and scientific research. Managing a team of 15 employees, working with engineering department and accounting was just a few of the things involved in my daily activities.

Reducing manufacturing costs and redesigning the product line to reduce assembly costs, being part of the team that redesigned and developed new patented sensors for our product line was one of my greatest achievements.
