The strength of my skill set comes from my education and business experience. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Accounting from California State University at Fullerton. My work history includes over 20 years of progressive experience with an international food processing and distribution company servicing McDonald's restaurants worldwide. My titles have included Assistant Controller, Treasurer, Vice President of Information Services, Vice President of Corporate Development and Senior Vice President of Distribution. It was here that I honed and developed my business skills: leadership, developing working relationships, marketing, negotiating and financial analysis.
In 2004 I made a career change into Residential Real Estate. With real estate I have been able to utilize my business experience and unique skill set to assist my clients by helping them make sound, well-informed decisions based on solid facts. My first priority is always my clients and negotiating the best possible price whether they're buying or selling.

My office is located in Brea, CA. I have had the good fortune to work with many different types of buyers and sellers.
