My name is Whitney Garrett and I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®). Rather than strive for success, I strive to be someone of value, to myself and to my clients. As I was faced with an opportunity to try something new, I looked at what my personal interests are and how I could incorporate those interests into helping people. Home Staging does just that. I am dedicated to helping agents sell their listings faster and for more money and helping the homeowner move on to their next home with more money in their pocket.

One of the most effective tools a Seller can use is home staging. The result will be less time on the market and more money left in their pocket.
A homeowner puts their heart into their home but when you are ready to move on, your home needs to appear as a product for another entity to purchase. As a home stager, I will speak with the seller and let them know what their investment in staging means to them. I have a gentle demeanor that comes in handy when explaining to a seller the things about their home that may need to change. I will work with any and all budgets and needs. Understandably, some clients may be hesitant about investing money on a house they are trying to get rid of. The "Return on Staging Investment" chart (see below) shows how much staging could be worth to the Seller and prove that the investment in staging is just that, an investment. The ROI speaks volumes! Invest in me and you will not have to be subjected to price reductions and your house will not sit on the market for any longer than it needs to. Staging is the right way to go.
