Hello, and thank you for visiting me on the ActiveRain.  Born, educated, and raised in the San Francisco East Bay Area..  My earliest recollection of earning money was picking up aluminum cans at construction job sites, eventually working for my Uncle in construction when I was 14.  I received a degree in Art in 2001 (minored in Multimedia and Digital Graphics).  I've played team sports all my life, playing 4 years of college soccer.  Throughout college I worked in the computer labs for California University of Hayward.  After college I worked for a large offset printer in Concord.  I worked at Kinko's in the sign and banner department.  Then followed by doing logistics for Matson Shipping.  From Matson I went into the Title and Escrow business working for Old Republic Title Company out of Castro Valley as a Title Rep.  There my job was to earn business by providing business.  I did everything for agents, marketing, networking, referrals, taught classes on database management, motivated, delivered documents, and hooked agents up with endless amounts of REO-bank listings.  After getting burned and disgusted by the quality of agents I was helping and had established as clients, I decided take the plunge and give it a shot of my own!  I have been nothing but happy with my decision.  My first 6 months in the business I’ve closed 8 transactions, and successfully had everyone of my offers accepted and closed.  Let me earn your business, call or email me at the information on this page.  Also, please see any of my other small video blogs on what I have to offer YOU as a seller or buyer,,,,,, THANK YOU and have a wonderful day!

I specialize in Residential Real Estate in the East Bay Area in particular Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Clayton, Pittsburg and Antioch.  Lately I've represented more buyers which I've been absolutely thrilled with.  Often it seems like the questions buyers have are the same, but this market is constantly changing and like I tell everyone I work with, "It doesn't matter if I'm selling a $55k condo or listing a $1.2million listing, I treat every transaction and client with the same integrity".

I've worked the Trustee Sales in Contra Costa and Alameda for the past 6 years, buying at the courthouse steps in Oakland and Martinez, then flipping and selling.  I've worked Short Sales and Foreclosures ever since they came about in the last 4-5 years.  I'm just now getting in with Attorney's that work with Probates, hopeful to receive my first listing within the next few months.

Submit your home to the multiple listing service (MLS) with over 6,000 subscribers. Present your listing on the internet to over 20 of the top search engine websites with high quality digital photos of your home. Develop a list of features and benefits of your home in order to highlight the home with a flyer and keywords for online searches. Advise you of any changes you might want to make in your property to make it more marketable to potential buyers. Create a single listing website for your property (ex. www.123MainSt.Com). My buyer plan is:   You will be pre-qualified. I want you to know how much home you can afford. I want you to buy for the right reasons and want to understand your motivations, so that I can help guide you towards the right purchase. I will take time and explain things to you. Whether you are a first-time buyer or have experience, I want to make sure that you understand everything. You can take the time to weigh the facts, and discuss the purchase amongst yourselves, with your friends, your family, or anybody else you choose. I will NEVER pressure a decision.
