Our goal is to help others successfully reach their goals and dreams by helping them find their dream home or investment property and help clients sell properties quickly and for the highest possible price. David has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for 30 years. Previous to his business in real estate, he owned C.D. Roma's Italian Restaurant for 20 years. He holds a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation, a degree in Business Management and over 20 years of hands on business experience. Wendy has been a resident since 1999. Previous to her career in real estate, Wendy was a Technology Project Manager for a Fortune 500 company. She has a degree in Accounting and holds a C.P.A. certification.
