My name is Jeff Weissman. My motto is “Client Focused, Results Driven!” because I am just that. Ask my clients for whom I’ve purchased or sold property or referred to trustworthy professionals in the real estate industry! The keys to my success hinge on persistence, reliability, attention to detail, clear communication, patience, and (very important) a sense of humor!
I taught 4th grade for 12 years before becoming a realtor. Though born and raised in Berkeley, California, I currently live in Oakland with my wife (an Oakland Public Schools kindergarten teacher) and cherished pets (a Yellow Lab and cat) in an old house purchased in 1981 that we have extensively remodeled. Between us, my wife and I have 5 grown kids, 2 of whom teach in the Bay Area, as well.
About 10 years ago I took an interest in real estate investing and worked at it on the side, almost as a second job along with teaching. Over that period of time I built a portfolio of 14 properties in California, Washington State, and Missouri that included condominiums, townhomes, duplexes and fourplexes. I carefully selected professional property managers for our out-of-area holdings and personally manage 2 local properties. I am Past-President of 2 homeowner associations. In addition, I own and operate a real estate investment company called Elegant Solutions, LLC for the strategic management of our properties. This extensive real estate experience helps me provide seasoned, goal oriented service with an intent focus on your unique situation:

| Jeff was absolutely fantastic through each and every step of the home buying process. My wife and I were first-time buyers and Jeff taught us so much about the proces, continuously providing invaluable assistance. Jeff is so kind and was willing to stay up late with us talking offer strategy and answering all of our questions. My wife and I had work done on our new home right after close of escrow, but we couldn't meet the contractor due to scheduling conflicts. | While living overseas & searching the internet for a Bay Area home, I was fortunate enough to stumble on Jeff's website. At my request, Jeff visited houses for me and fed me property information for about a year. Finally, we found the right one. Jeff knew my needs and wants and confirmed that this property would be a perfect fit for me. He did extensive research and presented me with all the facts, highlighting both the positive and negative aspects of this particular house and the neighborhood. He tapped a deep network of vendors to conduct inspections & provide bids.
