Welcome to Charlottesville
Charlottesville is a small town with a cultured way of life and was called "the best place to live in the USA" by USA Today and Frommer's Cities Ranked and Rated chose us as "the number one city in America". We are lucky enough to spend our lives here and call it home. With beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, rolling country sides, and a great small town atmosphere Charlottesville sure feels like a dream. Charlottesville has the entertainment, the restaurants, the wineries, the people, and the schools to educate them. So what's the downside? Well, I'm still haven't found one and I have lived here since the 1980's.
With a great real estate market that continually gets better now is the best time to but in Charlottesville. After a slower than normal 2007, Charlottesville still saw an increase in the median home price and we are expecting nothing less than that in 2008. With wonderful neighborhoods sprinkled throughout Albemarle I am positive I can find the right home for you and your family. The only catch is you have to give me a call (434-409-2213). I promise I don't bite. With so many neighborhoods to choose from it really takes someone who knows them and the area to help you find the right neighborhood and home. I have lived in the country as well as the city and I can assure you I understand the pros and cons of both. With my help we can get you into the right location. Because after all we all know that real estate is about location and better location.
I would love for you to continue to look at the rest of my page it has some information about the area and a little history about Charlottesville. If you have any questions about homes or Charlottesville please don't hesitate to email me (eurerealtor@gmail.com)or give me a call (434-409-2213).
Welcome to Downtown CharlottesvilleDowntown Charlottesville has a lot to offer Charlottesville. The Downtown Mall of Charlottesville seems to have everything. If you are in the mood for just a walk or if you feel like dancing it up at Fridays After Five, which is a local tradition on Fridays. Maybe you feel like taking the kids to the Library to pick up a book, get some energy out of them at the Discovery Museum, maybe a movie at the Downtown Theater, or even ice skating. Afterwards, you could go out to a great dinner and have a glass of Virginia wine. Mom can even do a little shopping, while the kids get some ice cream. Whatever the occasion maybe the downtown mall can pretty much handle it. Welcome to the University of Virginia
