I am active in local professional Realtor organizations. This allows me the opportunity to learn from some of the very best people in my profession and to adhere to high standards of professional conduct.
I work hard to promote the best interests of my clients in any real estate sale or purchase. Being a licensed contractor gives me an added advantage of recognizing good building practices. Recognizing houses that can be economically repaired and add to the resale value, is an area I excel in. I am able to see the small changes that will make a house a home.
I have owned rental property for over 20 years and I am truly a proponent of real estate being the best investment. Real estate is an excellent long-term investment. I like the tangibility and control I have over my investments.
I have many years of successful negotiating, in and out of real estate, and I promise that I will work hard on your behalf to maximize your financial return. I do only what is in the best interest of my clients.

Our family had the great fortune of working with Wayne (Pruner) in selling our father’s house. In spite of the down housing market combined with the large number of homes for sale, Wayne had a solid marketing plan which included holding open houses every weekend, something many realtors have stopped doing – this turned out to be the key to finding our buyer! In addition, he had an excellent understanding of the local market and advised us on how best to spend our time and resources preparing the house for sale. Wayne provided regular communications updating us on the status of the listing and subsequent sale and was wonderful to work with! |

We want to thank you for your great service on our recent home purchase. We had to find a home in a short time and you were responsive to our every need and willing to meet with us at any time. We felt no pressure from you at all. You were very professional and will recommend you whenever we can. Thanks so much. |

It's been a full month since escrow closed on the house and we have finally settled in. This feels more and more like ‘home' every day. It's still hard to believe this is our house, we feel very fortunate to have found this place and we could not have done it without you. We wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for all your hard work and assistance during our first home buying experience. We were extremely nervous about the entire process and you offered a lot of expertise and wise advice when things started to get ‘bumpy'. Both Nathan and I always felt that you had our best interests in mind, you were not just out to make a sale, but make sure that we got into a good house that we would be happy in. Being able to trust and rely on someone for this large of a purchase if extremely important, and you were definitely someone we could count on. Not only did you perform as our real estate agent, but you went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us with some projects around the house and for this we are truly thankful. You have inspired us to become more DIY type of people. With that said, we will definitely be in touch when we're ready to make our next purchase, but that probably won't be for a while. We thank you very much and will recommend you to any of our friends who are thinking of buying or selling a house. |

I don't think we would have sold the house this quickly without you. You dealt with Dad (no easy feat), made sure the house was competitively priced, oversaw (or just did) the improvements needed and kept all three of us in the loop. I am sure many agents would have written off the holidays and concentrated on a big push in January, but in this case, those pre-holiday Sunday open houses found us a buyer. |
