I got my start in real estate property management in 2001. I have managed a rental portfolio of homes and apartments that I acuired while running my home renovation company Turn Key Properties. I started selling real estate exclusively in 2012 after stepping back from the restoration side of the buisness. I continue to manage a portfolio of rental properties and currently work with buyers and sellers of real estate specializing on investment properties. I focus mainly on the ROI aspect of investing and work with my clients on a consulting basis long after their transaction is complete.
