    We started my home search in March of 2012. I signed an agreement with Wade Lovell from Elegant Estates to enlist his Realtor services to that end. Wade interviewed my wife and I to see what it was that we were looking for and what our price range was for our home purchase. We started one weekend with like 6 properties and found one that we really liked but it was a short sale and we had to continue our search. Based on the price range we were originally looking for Wade took us to several properties over the next few months that met our budget, but we were not able to get all that we wanted in one home so we decided to increase our budget somewhat. After about a month Wade's aggressiveness paid off and our offer was accepted on the home we finally purchase. We have been living there for more than one half year. Wade always seemed available to field our calls with concerns and to show us as many properties as we felt we needed to see.

    Description Of Work:
    Given my specific financial and functional parameters, Elegant Estates compiled a list of possible properties to view, as well as mapping the route for visiting all desired locations. Upon finding the property that best suited my needs, Elegant Estates secured the property and provided ample financing options.
    Member Comments:
    The day started by meeting Wade Lovell of Elegant Estates at the first property on the list for the day. I am a very punctual person and I appreciated working with someone that was the same. The original schedule was to view 4 properties that met the desires and requirements that I had previously provided for him. I was looking for a property that included access to a freeway in under 5 minutes, near a shopping center and basic necessities, had room for improvement without having to be a contractor or hire one, and a property which could be transitioned into a rental after a few years.
    Immediately we viewed a house that met all of our needs. I was extremely pleased with the property and the functionality. However, following his advice we went to view a few other properties that also met almost all of the requirements. As we went through the properties Wade asked me questions about what it was that I liked at each property. In one of the instances a property detached garage had been left unlocked. I found it reassuring that he had me and a friend that was with me stand back while he made sure there were no transients or vagabonds occupying the space. It never occurred to me that it could have been unsafe in any ways, and it was nice to have somebody looking out for my personal best interest as well as my financial interest.
    From the get go, I was pretty focused on the first property as the ideal one. It wasn't until we started talking outside the last property that he said there was one more property he thought I might like, but that it wasn't necessarily what I was looking for. So I thought that he had good judgment on the houses we looked at thus far and decided to actually go look at it instead of reading the review he brought up on the iPad. So we went... through traffic... 30 minutes of traffic... to see the house. I never thought that there would be a house that I fell in love with, but let me tell you, this was it. The property was absolutely amazing. I didn't really look outside my initial parameters, but I am glad that the realtor did. Not only was it a phenomenal property, it was also an amazing deal. Before we arrived back at the meeting place to go home in our respective cars, Elegant Estates had already submitted a proposal AND got a pre-approval on financing. I was really astonished how expedited the whole process was compared to so many other experiences I have had dragging my feet through properties that I didn't want to see because the realtor didn't listen to my criteria.
