I live in Port Orange with my husband Mike, and the youngest of my 2 children. I am a retired Lieutenant and Executive Officer of a suburban New York municipal police department. My Bachelor's Degree is in Psychology from the State University of New York and my Real Estate Pre-Licensing education was received locally at Daytona State College. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, CDPE, and with the SFR designation, my mission is to assist homeowners struggling with a hardship by discussing possible options other than foreclosure.
