| We were looking for someone who knew the Howell area well and who could help us find a property with privacy as well as accessibility to downtown services. Victoria listened to what we were truly looking for in a home and set us up with realistic expectations for the home buying process. Usually when we deal with people on other issues like tax men and lawyers we can’t get a hold of them and they never call us back and me and my wife ask each other, is there anyone that does there job these days? | I would definitely recommend Victoria and Partners Real Estate Professionals to any friends or family looking for a home. Victoria was very gracious and never tried to sell us something we would have to “stretch” our budget to afford! Two of the homes we looked at where during torrential down pours but Victoria kept her smile. Everyone at Partners was helpful and never seemed put off by questions or problems we encountered during our purchasing saga. Encouragement and support are top priority for Victoria and Partners, and when you are home hunting you need a lot of that! I have to say I had fun finding a house and thanks to Victoria it was like looking with a good friend. If anyone is considering looking at homes and wants to keep it simple and straight forward I tell them to call Partners and talk to Victoria! |

| Victoria went above and beyond as my realtor. There were many issues with the house and she was most helpful finding the appropriate people to contact. She was always available to me when I needed advice and was always willing to find the answer if she didn’t know it. She also was excellent in dealing with my difficult renter, and was able to keep him agreeable and helpful the whole way through the sale. There were so many different issues regarding the sale of this house, too many to go in to. She was professional and attentive to all the issues. I was thankful and pleased with the whole process. |

| I decided to list my home with Victoria’s agency and four days later I had an offer that I accepted. During that brief negotiation period, Victoria kept me fully informed in a timely basis and helped immeasurably in reaching a final agreement. I closed in less than 30 days from signing the listing contract. I would not have had a more knowledgeable & helpful real estate agent. She’s one of a kind and I recommend her to anyone. |
