I am a Broker Assoc. with 22 years in the Real Estate Profession in the South Bay Area. I love working with folks to help them with their Real Estate needs, whether they are buyers or sellers. First time buyers are especially fun. They keep me inspired to continue doing this. It is not an easy job, but when I hand that young couple their keys to their home, the feeling in my heart is one of great satisfaction and it makes me want to "go out and do it again".
Selling a home is an especially stressful time for folks. Do I go search for my new home before I sell mine? or Do I sell mine, then go house hunting? A question that haunts most sellers. I do my best to take the stress out of the transaction and make it as happy and smooth as possible. I want you, Mr.and Mrs. Seller to be only thinking about that day when you get to move into your new home and have that same wonderful and exciting feeling as that "first -time buyer". THAT IS MY GOAL
My specific area of expertise ranges from the first time buyer to the seasoned Income Property Investor. The market area that I specialize in is the San Pedro area, although in my 22 years as a Realtor I have had transactions in many towns in the South Bay. I am getting more and more educated in the technology end of the business as this is a very necessary part of Real Estate today. Buyers and Sellers today are requiring their Agent to be accessible and that is what I am aspiring to achieve.
