Raymond J. Vazquez, a native of South Florida, began his real estate career in early 2005. Currently, he holds an active broker`s license and is a registered trainee appraiser. Today he is specializing in residential and commercial sales, as well as offering his clients exclusive property management services. Raymond & his team actively manage over 50 properties throughout South Florida and we also complete approximately 2,500 BPO`s annually. Their services include the following: rent collection, tenant screening, maintenance repairs, cash for keys, eviction procedures, transferring of monies, preparing residential & commercial leases and providing accurate & timely monthly reports.
